These are two award winnning houses that were recently given a highly commended award in the Best London Home category only losing out to a multi billion asset developer to first place.
These are a 5/6 and a 4/5 bedroom houses built to very high standards. They have different finishes to each house but incorporating timber floors, bespoke kitchens, triple glazing, structured cabling, underfloor heating, electric car charging ports and off road parking spaces.
They incorporate rear studios which can be utilized for an office, gym or studio.
This is a conversion of the well known Richmond Registry Office which was the starting point for many famous people who have been married here over the years, and sitting in the middle of Richmond upon Thames town centre and local to Richmond Park and the Thames. It was completely refurbished and extended to provide a 7 bedroom 7 bathroom house with absolutely fantastic finishes comprising bronze shower and bathroom suites, bespoke patterned oak floors, a cross boarded kitchen design with large size floor tiles and patio area.
