Creswell Gardens, SW5

Creswell Gardens is in a very sought after part of Kensington.

A refurbishment in character with a fantastic finish to meet the high specialisation required for the local market. This was a design led refurbishment geared to the speculative development market. The quality of materials is second to none and the white marble kitchen is the centrepiece of the refurbishment, along with the cinema and bedroom detailing.

2 Spring Terrace

This Grade 11 listed building converted from a dilapidated office usage back to its former glory with an extended basement to provide a cinema, wine cellar and accommodation.

It has a wonderful micro-concrete finished kitchen along with a bespoke mansion weave polished oak timber floor to ground floor and master bedroom. Design by Sofitsu Design.

Harvist Road

This is a conversion of 3 flats back into a single family dwelling with an extra floor added.

Its location directly overlooking Queens Park was setting the tone for the ‘Bohemian Style’ that we envisaged for this project. painted timber floors and unique bathroom fittings in the extensive master bedroom suite include the grand bathroom and extensive walk-in wardrobe complimented the very bespoke kitchen design. 37 Beaufort Gardens, SW1

This is a fantastic refurbishment from former bedsits in Knightsbridge to form 9 studio/ 1 bedroom apartments.

The design by Richard Lankester is to provide all luxury accommodation along with all available amenities designed into every last inch of space. The finish in black stained oak is complimented by the bespoke timber floor, panelled walls, mini kitchenette and the built in wardrobe and beds. Richard Lankester Design Consultants were interior designers for this project.

22 The Green

A major refurbishment of an 1830’s Georgian house from an office to a splendid 5 bedroom House. Everything has been completely stripped out and new solid mahogany panelled doors along with parquet floors, panelled walls in burr elm, reclaimed elm floors, marble fireplaces and a unique bespoke kitchen sets this house as a one off, but very well suited to the area overlooking Richmond Green. Particular detail has been emphasised with the replacement fibrous ceiling in the drawing room to replicate the original.

150 Brompton Road

A commercial fit-out for the Kerzner Luxurious Accommodation Group located opposite Harrods. Comprising high quality Joinery. A bespoke kitchen and meeting area.

St Albans

A kitchen, bedroom and drawing room refurbishment of an original house which was well designed with ‘white’ being the focal colour for walls, floor and joinery.

The Coach House

The refurbishment of an apartment in Richmond, formerly a storeroom.

This was swapped out and a 2 bedroom apartment was created with a bespoke kitchen created to provide open plan kitchen, diner, dining room with views over Richmond Green. A bespoke bathroom was created to match the surroundings. This was an in-house design.

Totteridge

This was an addition of a luxurious wine cellar into an existing house to complement the owners collection.

Richard Lankester Design Consultants were interior designers for this project.

Gazprom

A commercial office fit-out for the London headquarters of the Russian Oil company.

This was a series of ‘special’ areas within different floors comprising meeting rooms, dining areas and specialist client dining, office space and graphic wall art. We also designed and installed a very elaborate timber slatted ceiling to the special areas.

23 Coleshill Road, Teddington

A stunning brand new 4 storey house in leafy Teddington.

The house is over 3,000 square feet of modern styling. The finishes comprise red brick to match houses locally, marble bathroom with galleried ceiling to master bedroom, walnut veneered bespoke doors, timber floors, expansive rear glass screens, doors and glazed roofs open up the whole house and provide wonderful daylight.

21 The Green

A refurbishment of a 1830’2 Grade11 listed Georgian House from an office back to residential.

This was completely refurbished to the highest of standards with solid wood doors and floors, panelling, classic bathrooms and original period features. Interior Design by Sofitsu Design.

This award winning project won the Richmond Society Brass Palque for Architecture.

Cheam

A refurbishment of a luxury house in the surrey borders. The walnut furniture and doors complimented a tasteful fit-out of all of the house.
