Richmond Green operate extensively in London and the Home Counties, we are continually looking to future opportunities for new build or refurbishment in the residential sector. We also specialize in interiors with high quality finishes complimented with a team of tradesmen to carry out regular maintenance work and longer-term contracts.

We are a team of passionate and knowledgeable professionals who have spent many years within the construction industry and development markets.
We have very specialist knowledge within the finishing trades and especially joinery, which is carried out within our own in-house teams of craftsmen. We also have fully qualified professional staff and tradesmen to cover all aspects of the construction phases from surveying and groundwork’s through to final specialist decorations and finishes.

We primarily look to focus on the UK’s most valuable real estate market being London where most of our work is carried out. We do cover areas within the Home Counties and smaller locations by request around the country.

Colin is the founder of Richmond Green Developments and has a long association with the construction industry over the years. His main background is in finishes and detail which he brings to the forefront in all his projects.

Kanji V Patel
Senior Project Manager

Ken has been in the industry for over 40 years and has a vast amount of experience of all aspects of the industry. His specialist skills are in finishing  and especially joinery and woodwork. He brings with him great confidence in his ability and confidence to all clients and projects.
